Our oven-fresh roast goose is back—starting November 5, 2025!
Starting on November 5, 2025, we will once again be serving our popular oven-fresh roast goose from farmer Hermann Mayer in Waldenbuch at the restaurant of the Hotel am Park Leinfelden.
Choose between the classic version with red cabbage, chestnuts, and potato dumplings or the Swabian version with spaetzle and endive salad.
Reservations are now being taken – we recommend booking early, as our goose menus are quickly sold out every year.
Our opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Closed on public holidays.
We also open outside regular opening hours for celebrations with 35 or more guests.
